My name’s PENH Sothavy and was born in Baray Lech village, Baray commune, Kampong Leav district, Prey Veng province. My father, PENH Sophanna, was a former official at the Prey Veng Planning Department and my mother, TAN Sina, was a former official at a hospital in Kampong Thom province. I have four brothers and one sister (me). KHAM Sopheap, first brother, passed away. KHAM Syngoun, second, is working for Live&Learn Organization. PENH Sokharoth, third, is an official at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and an English teacher. PENH Ratana, fourth, is an Admin at Grandistimber and the last one is me. Today, I am working for one audit firm is Grant Thornton Cambodia and finished MBA at Norton University, 2012.
I love and like cooking so just create this site, SothavyCook.Blogspot.Com, for sharing some experiences of cooking especially Khmer food to everybody at here.
