INGREDIENT
- Ripe Banana
- Ripe Coconut
- Sago palm
- Sugar
- Salt
គ្រឿងផ្សំ
ចេកណាំវ៉ាទុំ ដូងទុំ គ្រាប់សាគូ ស្ករស អំបិល។
DIRECTION
- To peel a banana and 1 banana cut into four pieces, Sago palm wash it clean. To shred coconut meat before extracting the juice from it and then wring it take the original cream keep it in a small bowl and last juice (cream) separate it.
- Put a pot to boiled last juice (cream) with banana, Sago palm, and Sugar together boiled about 20 minutes put a pinch of salt and then taste it, if it is tasty enough put the original cream and stir it before take it off from the cooker.
Pour out into a small bowl and serve.

- ចេកបកសំបកចេញ មួយចិតជាបួន សាគូលាងទឹកឱ្យស្អាត ដូងទុំកោសច្របាច់យកខ្ទិះដើមមួយកូនចានចង្កឹះទុកផ្សេង ឯខ្ទិះចុងដាក់ផ្សេង។ យកឆ្នាំងដាក់ខ្ទិះចុង ចេក គ្រាប់សាគូ ស្ករសដាក់ចូលគ្នាតែម្តងទើបដាំលើភ្លើងឱ្យឆ្អិន បង់អំបិលមួយចឹប ភ្លក់មើលឱ្យផ្អែមល្មមទើបដាក់ខ្ទិះដើមចូល រួចកូរលើភ្លើងមួយភ្លែតទើបលើកចុះជាការស្រេច៕
