INGREDIENT
- Pumpkin
- Egg
- Ripe Coconut (Coconut cream)
- Sugar
- Salt
គ្រឿងផ្សំ
ល្ពៅ (តូចៗទុំល្មម) ដូងទុំ ស្ករស អំបិល ពងទា។
DIRECTION
- To pick out of pumpkin seed and wash it cleans. And shred the coconut meat before extracting the juice from it and then wring it take the original cream keep it in a small bowl and last juice (cream) together.
- Take one large bowl then beat egg with sugar (put more sugar because this kind of sweet need sweeten taste and pumpkin also sow) beat the egg about 20 minutes and remove it mix with coconut cream then add a pinch of salt. Then put it into pumpkin set aside.
- Put a pot with a little water then put one bowl in the pot and put pumpkin on it. Then try to steam it until the Sang Khia dried out and pumpkin good cooked.
Pour out into a plate because easy to cut it into slice and serve.
Features: This kind of sweet is very easy to find its ingredients and easy to cook. About the Sang Khia can eat with sweet rice also.
Taste: Taste of sweet is sweetening if you eat only Sang Khia, but if you chew together pumpkin with Sang Khia it is very delicious and not sweeten too much.
វិធីធ្វើ
- ល្ពៅត្រូវចោះក្បាល ចិតឆ្កៀលយកគ្រាប់ចេញ មិនបាច់ចិតសំបកចេញទេ រួចលាងទឹកឱ្យស្អាត។ ចំណែកដូងទុំកោសពូតយកខ្ទិះតែម្តងទុកមួយឡែក។
- យកចានមួយមកគួសពងទាជាមួយស្ករស (ដាក់ឱ្យច្រើនបន្តិចព្រោះសំខ្យាត្រូវធ្វើឱ្យផ្អែម ដោយសារសាច់ល្ពៅសាប) វាយឱ្យទាល់តែពងទាឡើងពពុះ កូរប្រហែល 20 នាទី យកវាទៅលាយជាមួយខ្ទិះដូង ដាក់អំបិលមួយចឹប ដើម្បីឱ្យផ្អែមមុត។ បន្ទាប់មកយកល្ពៅមកច្រកទឹកសំខ្យាចូលឱ្យពេញ។
- យកល្ពៅជាមួយសំខ្យានោះទៅចំហុយក្នុងឆ្នាំងមួយ ដោយដាក់ចានមួយកល់វា រួចដាក់ទឹកពីក្រោម មើលភ្លើងឱ្យបានល្អប្រយ័ត្នទឹកដែលដាក់ចំហុយនោះរីងធ្វើឱ្យខ្លោចឆ្នាំង ចំហុយរហូតទាល់តែទឹកសំខ្យានោះគោក ហើយល្ពៅឆ្អិនល្អនោះជាការស្រេច។
